Daffodils

And in that moment
I was happy
Like daffodils
In the spring.
Dancing on the melodies
With those curves,
I swing.
Like the world is mine
I am the moon, and
The Sunshine.
And the universe needs,
All of me
To survive.
The pain was fainted
The smile has arrived.
The rain said
“I am not helping you crying”.
The soil is nourished
Asking me to “grow for a while.”
My heart found its rhythms
And walked  a mile.
I wasn’t following the footsteps
But  was my own guide.
I lived in the present.
Maybe till winter arrive.
I may shed one day
But I won’t cry.
Because in that moment,
I didn’t gave up on life.
I was life.

Hook ups or hooked up?

Do you think
Your body
Can have it with anyone?
In the name of casual sex.
Because it sounds “casual”.
I strongly believe
There is a language
In which
Two bodies interact
Connect to each other
They know the “touch”.
They know that “trust level”.

You say
“Friends with benefits”
Is the trend.
I believe
It is stout.
You need boundaries
You need control.
You ask your feelings to hold on.

Command your brain
Teach your heart
The polar sex,
Is not in love with you.

We are friends,
nothing is going to change.

It looks simple, yet complex.

You call it hormones
I call it “hormotions”
Hormones and emotions.
Brave are the people
Who can do this.
Brave?
No,
May be broken and shielded.
They too don’t want this
Maybe, they too seek love.
But seeing themselves crushed in love
Again.
No
This is better.
Right?
But tough
Than love.
And
And
And
“You are not cool”
If you are following the trend.
This is just a “few minute” pleasure.

You cannot beat, love
It is still the real happiness.
Create a wall around your emotions
If you want to be in the game.

But, guess what?
Man, is a bundle of emotions.
